  Large single storey extension & conversion of outbuilding

  From the first visits to quote to the final checks Gav was brilliant- extremely knowledgeable, hard working, reliable, tidy and friendly. As well as doing the bulk of the work himself (& team), Gav also managed all the extra trades needed to complete the job making the whole project as stress free as possible for us. Works have been finished to a high standard and we're really grateful for Gav's advice and hard work provided throughout to ensure this was the case. We would highly recommend GSW building ltd for any project and would seek to use Gav and team again for any future works.

  Partition wall put up & door frame knocked through & rebuilt.

  Gav, Ollie & Simon were all fantastic. All turned up on time (7.30am sharp), they were friendly, hardworking, mega clean & tidy and did an amazing job. Gav gave a fair quote and clearly knew his stuff so I didn't even bother getting a 2nd quote elsewhere. He took the job on with short notice & even managed to work right through getting the full job finished in less time than originally thought. Brilliant, highly recommend and will 100% use them again in future.

  Open plan conversion

  We highly recommend Gav. He did such a great job with our open plan conversion. The outcome was better than we expected. Gav made sure every single detail is done to perfection. Himself and his team was very professional and kind throughout the building work. We couldn't be happier with the results, thank you!

  Garage Conversion

  Gavin was extremely professional at all times - from early communications to the finished work. He operates at a very high standard. He gave me sound considered advice, providing me with options I hadn't thought of. He provided me with reassurance and kept me informed of progress at all times and literally took care of everything. I am extremely happy with the result, it far exceeded my expectations and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and I hope to be able to use him again.

  Gavin was great to work with - kept his promises, always left everything tidy, dealt with Howdens on any issues and coordinated other trades. Really pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Gavin.

  Garage conversion

  Gavin done a great job in converting our garage into another room. His work is a very high standard and he is very tidy in his work, we would definitely use him again in the future for other work in our house. Gavin is a friendly, reliable guy and was always happy whilst here.
