    Their quotation process was excellent; an initial indication was provided followed by a site visit at a time that suited me. There was no hard sell and was advised not to opt for all the extras. After selecting an installation date my order was placed without the need for a deposit. On installation day the team were professional and made sure I was aware of what was happening and when. Answered all my questions and ensured the system App was working correctly. The team made sure everything was left clean and tidy at the end with no rubbish left behind.

    Assessment done by appropriate person from company, advised that impractical to have panels back of house as panels would be ineffective. Advised of date for scaffolding to be erected-all went according to schedule. Paper work sent timely via email-guarantee etc, and information about items installed.
