10 Remove structural wall, reinforce ceiling

Excellent communication from start to finish, complications resolved, with minimal stress to myself. Structural wall removed, banister inserted and ceiling reinforced. Gordon and Craig removed all the old flooring and rectified issues with unevenness before laying laminate flooring throughout. They removed and reinstated the toilet in the cloakroom and moved a very heavy washing machine and American fridge freezer out of the kitchen before replumbing them back in. Their attention to detail was quite exceptional. They were meticulous, very respectful of my property and have gone above and beyond their remit, as well as thoroughly cleaning their work areas at the end of each day. Highly recommend them. Gordon and Craig spent two days ensuring the Karndean flooring was laid as we expected. They took up the old lino including removing the plinths and ensured the concrete floor was properly prepared. They took two days to ensure the pattern looked its best and everything was correct.
