  The company delivered an excellent work (structural part and interiors), with no delays on the original schedule. Giorgi, the company director, and his crew are hard workers and good people. I definitely recommend them!

  Extention and loft conversion

  GS Geo was one of the first who responded to my enquiry and I was impressed with their care and commitment to the job. Giorgi even saved us huge amount of money with his focus on details and way of looking forward. Deffinitly would recomend this guys to anyone and would not look for others if they have approached you. Many thanks to GS Geo and thumbs up :)

  Two storey infill extension and rear extension, install kitchen and 3 new bathrooms

  We enthusiastically recommend Giorgi. He and his team are extremely hard working. We achieved a very high level of finish and functionality for a great price in good time. Giorgi is easy to work with and we would not look for another builder if we did another house. We made some rookie mistakes like economising on the architect and he helped us overcome these graciously. We are so grateful to him for enabling us to have such a nice place to live.

  Downstairs Toilet

  I am so happy with the work Giorgi and his team have done. Previously I had a cowboy builder who destroyed my down stairs toilet, I was really hesitant on trusting anybody again, but Giorgi was reassuring and went through everything with me clearly. The work carried out is outstanding and the change to my toilet is amazing. Giorgi and his collegues were always on time and stayed longer most days, just so the work was finished on time. They were extremely friendly and very easy to talk to. They also did some extra bits out the good of their hearts, and didn't charge extra. Highly...

  Complete renovation and structural works

  I head a good experience working with Giorgi and his team, the most important I want to mention that he is worthy and he doesn't promise you if he can't/don't deliver, very reliable and hardworking team, he didn't come up with the lowest quote but I decided to hire him become of his qualitys and I don't regret it, one thing to say is that he is very flexible with adding some additional works that we come up with for him, which was then priced up at discounted price and also was very flexible and patient with the payment plan when we delayed the payment that was due, thank you Giorgi

  Complete refurbishment of 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat.

  Work included: 2 new bathrooms with new bath, shower, basins, toilets, wall tiles and vinyl flooring. Adjusted plumbing as required. Installed complete new kitchen. Adjusted electrics as required. Laid laminate flooring in 2 rooms, under skirting. New carpets in 2 rooms. New light fittings throughout. All doors, frames, skirting, ceilings and walls painted. He has provided great advice throughout on materials and adjustments to ensure a high quality result. His charges are excellent value and he has completed the project in very good time.
