We have known Gary now for almost six years when he first came to set up a new PC for us. Today we needed him to help us out with our latest PC and provide us with Hardware Support and Data Recovery, which would most definitely have been well beyond our capabilities!! We have had several dealings with Gary over the years and we have always found him to be extremely professional, friendly and he provides good 'old fashioned' customer service. Gary responded very quickly to a request from my husband who was afraid he'd got a virus on his laptop. He spent a short time remotely doing a full scan of the machine and giving it a clean bill of health.
