    ECIR completed for rental property

    Gavin completed an EICR for a rental property for me. All works arranged and completed without issue and the report was recieved very quickly. Would recommend without hesitation- thank you!

    Quick to respond. Happy to sort access to property directly with tenant. Kept me up to date and notified me of what needed to be done. Certificate emailed. Will definitely use GSB Electrical again and would recommend.

    Fantastic Service

    We contacted Gavin late on a Thursday as we urgently needed a new Electrical Certificate. Absolutely fantastic service and he managed to fit us in for a full check the vey next day. Great communication from confirmed the time and kept us fully up to date . Even got our certificate to us later that same day. Will certainly be using him any future electrical work . Cannot recommend highly enough

    Gavin was brilliant. He was the first to answer on my job. Very prompt response to messages. Reliable, he turned up exactly when he said he would. Hardworking and efficient. He did a fantastic job. So much so that we asked him to come back to do another job for us. Highly recommend Gavin. Lovely man, very courteous and respectful. Thanks so much.
