  Gary was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on both occasions he has come in to do some jobs around the house and also to fit a new cupboard in our kitchen. He was quick to answer emails, messages and calls. When he came to do the work he was very polite, worked quietly and quickly, and got the jobs done with no fuss and all works carried out were first class. Recommend!

  Painting the kitchen and fixing door handles

  It is the second time we contacted GW properties for work in the house and once again, Gary did a fantastic job repainting our kitchen and fixing some door handles. Gary is reliable, punctual, professional and friendly and the quality of work is always to a high standard. Will definitely contact Gary again in the future.

  Wall painted and frames hanged

  Gary did a fantastic job repainting a wall outside the house as well as hanging frames in the house. Gary is very professional and the quality of work is truly excellent. Will absolutely contact GRW for future work.

  GRW - Perfect bathroom renovation by Gary and Liam

  Gary and Liam did a full renovation on our bathroom. I would highly recommend them. From start to finish (designing bathroom - fitting bathroom) they were really helpful and always around to answer questions for us. They are hardworking, tidy and lovely to be around. We will definitely be using them again!

  Gary was very responsive and professional in all our communications and was able to schedule in the work promptly and efficiently. The detailed quote provided was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received and true to final price charged. Our tenant seems very happy with the standard of work done and the overall experience of dealing with Gary, he was reliable and on time and responded to all requests. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

  Re-plastering and new coving

  Liam turned up promptly and completed the work in 3 hours or so. The results were excellent - the repair of wall and ceiling where the old boiler flue used to be now blends in perfectly. Again, Liam is very personable and he gave very good advice on what I needed to do as regards sanding and re-painting.
