Fantastic communication. I had an ‘emergency’ with a window which wouldn’t close creating security issues & GRU got back to me quickly & arranged to complete it within a couple of days. After the work was completed there was a problem with the closing mechanism but they returned within 24 hours and sorted it without any fuss. Excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend.

I recently had all the windows and doors in my house installed, including the front door and rooflights for the extension, and I’m very pleased with the work done. The windows, doors, and rooflights arrived a bit late, but I was kept informed throughout, which I appreciated. Once they arrived, the team completed the job quickly and efficiently.
