  Old patio replaced and improved

  Paul's team of 3 carried out an absolutely amazing job. They removed over 8 tons of material and brought in about the same amount. The completed work is beautifully finished. However, anyone can make things look good. One essential thing is the quality of what you can't see. I was able to check what was going on at every stage. The team worked hard, treated the garden and driveway with respect, adapted the task as needed, and communicated with me frequently. If you want a professional job done, go for GBS!

  New tarmac driveway

  Paul and the team were amazing from start to finish. This is our second time using them as they did such a good job the first time and they’ve done a great job again this time round. Very professional, reliable and communication throughout was great. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be using them again in the future :)

  40 metre drop kerb

  GBS talked me through exactly what was required for the new drop kerb. They arrived on site as agreed and did a very efficient job. They were tidy and ensured that no debris was left. They organised everything and the whole job went very smoothly. I’m thrilled at the end result.

  Landscaping turfing and fencing.

  I needed fencing doing - the whole process was simple, the pricing was given up front per panel which made me comfortable that I could afford it and GBS were very good at explaining my options - concrete posts and gravel boards or wood and explaining the pro & cons of both. Again with the choice of panels. They were very time efficient and the finished job looked great. Same with the turfing, all went smoothly, they started and finished on time and were really helpful throughout the project. And they tidied up after themselves.

  Sink Hole Sorted! Collapsed well disaster averted

  I found a small six inch hole in my driveway early Friday morning. I called GBS and Paul was able to come over immediately to safely assess the situation. It turned out the a disused well head had collapsed under my driveway. Within an hour there was a digger on site, the hole was safely exposed and assessed. By 1pm the whole situation was resolved, GBS had obtained the materials at short notice and the hole was filled and securely capped off. Such a relief to have the problem sorted so quickly, especially on a Friday!
