I recently had my trees trimmed by this company, and the experience was excellent. The team was fast, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I was so pleased with their work that I’ve already recommended them to my neighbour.

Ground force 1 tackled an overgrown hedge of pyracanthus, reducing it from about 15 feet to a manageable height of 7 feet. The team were polite and did a very good job. They cleaned up afterwards and I would highly recommend them

Glenn & Will came to remove some bushes in readiness of a Summer House to be built and also put up a new fence. Great service from beginning to end - great price and more importantly a brilliant service from the guys - worked hard from when they turned up at 8 am until they finished at 4 pm doing the job in one day. They even worked through the downpours we had. Highly recommend to all.

We needed our conifers cut back and shaped, then a general grass cut etc. we had used another company before that let us down, and we came across Ground Force One. Brilliant experience! Nick was super helpful and polite both on the phone and when he came to see the job and price it up. The price was very reasonable and Glen and Josh did a wonderful job on the garden.

Made a pigs ear of the pruning, and left a lot of dead material behind. Did not shape the shrubs, and just hacked it to death. Very disappointing. Poor communication, poor reliability, and poor organisation. Staff seemed inexperienced, although they did work hard at what they did do. Nice people, but will not use again, and would not recommend. Sorry!
