  Patio, Driveway & Garden Landscaping

  I cannot recommend Alick and his team out Groundown construction. There initial communication was good and there is no doubt they are nice guys. Unfortunately, the work itself is not the same. The project value was around £20k Soon after they landscaped our garden and laid the large patio, we had problems. The patio has de-bonded, slabs are hollow, the grout has broken out leaving the patio and garden looking a right mess. We have been chasing them for a response and repair. 21 phone calls, 7 emails and 25+ messages, and still ignoring us. I would avoid using them and look elsewhere!

  Block Paving and Fence

  Alick and his team did a superb job replacing my front drive with block paving & replacing the fence. The work was professional, quick with excellent results. I would highly recommend this team, who were a pleasure to deal with, without any doubt.

  Perfect fence and electric gate

  My neighbour recommended Alick to me after his company did their patio and how right she was to do so! Alick installed fencing and an electric gate at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. We are now having them back to do OUR patio too. Thanks Alick.

  Perfectly installed Block paving driveway

  I recently hired Alick and his team from Grounddown Construction for a block paving project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The attention to detail in the paving was outstanding, with clean lines and a perfectly level finish.   Front drive installation

  Fantastic job done by Alick and the team. Prompt workers that did the job quickly and finished to a very high standard. The team removed an old and tired front garden full of dead trees/bushes and then laid a block paving drive along with a fence to seperate the neighbours adjoining garden. The work has drsatically improved the curb appeal of the property as well as giving us a nice drive to park on! Would definitely recommend

  We are really happy with the work completed so far by Grounddown Constructio. I say so far because we have decided to have them back in the summer to complete more jobs for us as they have given us such a trusting, reliable and professional service. To date, they have installed a compelling, long-lasting solution to what once was our worn, cracked drive which was affecting both curb appeal and property value. They've laid resin - designed to enhance both the appearance and functionality of our property. It is durable, stylish, and low maintenance which suits our busy lifestyles perfectly.
