  I had every confidence Zac would do a good job and he did. I was confident because his communication was excellent and his quote and invoice paperwork professional. Delighted with the work and would use again.

  Great job done on time

  I’m very pleased with the work Zac has done for me. I needed a sliding bathroom replacing with normal door and it was a narrow fit - needed a lot trimming and filling in. Work all carried out to very high standard and on time. I’d be happy to use Grosvenor woodcraft again.

  Zac was the best communicator from the start. It was a pleasure to be able to quote with photos as this worked easier in busy lives. I was reassured to book Zac as his professionalism, written quote and prompt communication was spot on. Zac arrived on time today and delivered the job perfectly as requested, he listened to our needs and came well prepared with tools, materials and clean up kit. Will definitely use Zac for future works.

  He is dependable, turns up on time

  Zac did an absolutely terrific job replacing 7 inner doors in December. This lad is very efficient at woodwork. He is tidy and leaves the workspace spotless after each day's work. I have no hesitation endorsing his work. The final product is worth every penny spent.

  Excellent communication and attention to detail

  Zac did an excellent job fitting our new internal doors. His workmanship was to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was finished neatly and professionally. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. The doors look fantastic and we’re really pleased with the result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zac and would definitely use him again.
