Brilliant service from start to finish. The team replaced my roof, fitted new Velux windows, upgraded the loft insulation and repointed the chimney — all done punctually, professionally and with real respect for my home. What really impressed me was their aftercare. When a separate company came to install solar panels, they returned to check everything was being fitted correctly. Thanks to them, we caught cracked tiles and badly placed brackets that would’ve caused major problems. Their attention to detail genuinely saved me from a costly headache. Great lads, good communication, happy to get stuck in and get the job done. We had a few alterations needed for our gutters due to building work, Russ gave great advice and thought of a way to not only make it function better but also look better! Will be booking in more work with them soon.

excellent communication, excellent work

Really pleased with the work carried out by Russ and team. Russ came over to assess what was needed, provided videos and pictures of the chimney damage, Russ then efficiently provided us with a quote. Unfortunately due to issues beyond ours and Russ’ control there was a delay in the work being completed but throughout this time Russ was patient and kept in regular contact. Once the work was completed it was done efficiently, to a great standard and all clean up and tile repairs completed promptly afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Russ and team again. Highly recommended!
