A really fair price. All went as they said it would and the job completed and the site left spotless in under four hours. What I thought would be a nightmare job was very straight forward. Using over 20 years asbestos consultancy experience, Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions work within commercial and educational premises and also the domestic housing sector.

Our asbestos surveying & sampling offering is an efficient, safe and quick service. Our reports are easy to understand and contain relevant, useful and concise information so you can see where your asbestos is located and what you need to do with it. We can manage the surveying process from when you accept our quotes through to you receiving the report and can make contact with estate agents or site managers to gain access. This takes the headache / issue away from you.
We complete asbestos compliance works to ensure your business, or the premises you manage, remain compliant with asbestos regulations. We can guide you through the correct steps and can complete any annual re-inspections and remedial works highlighted.
We pride ourselves on being a different, but also a cost-effective alternative to typical asbestos removal / surveying contractors as we potentially suggest better and also cheaper options than removal.
