    6 Years of Pain – Groarke Finally Fixed It! Superheroes!

    After six years, multiple ASHP specialists, and even the manufacturer of the system, Groarke were the team who finally delivered. Their honesty, clear expectations, and confidence gave real reassurance. They kept in regular contact after each visit, even on a Friday evening. After four visits, they identified a faulty airflow sensor and pipework issue. For the first time in six years, my system works properly. I genuinely, hand on heart, cannot thank the team at Groarke Electrical Services enough—the team are absolute superheroes!

    Fitting of hive smart thermo

    Turned into a long job but ultimately done and working . Electrician was a little trial and error hence the extended timing - but job done

    Good evening, Phillip. Thank you for the review. Our electrical engineers are fully qualified and versed in many electrical systems. We are through in our installations and not trial and error. Although investigations can appear like that. Our main goal is to achieve high quality end results. As your boiler had an added programmer module, this needed to be removed before the new hive could control the system, even though the hive switch operated via phone app and manually back to the boiler, the signal was being over ridden by the module. Once removed it worked perfectly. Best wishes GES
