    Front door lock

    Front door lock snapped a few days before Christmas, big panic as I live alone. GRN were quick to make contact, gave a fair price, made even better with a discount as I'm a Blue Light card holder/front line worker, and the job was completed the same day. Professional and friendly, explained the cause of the problem and would definitely use again.

    I'm a very happy customer of GRN Locksmith Services. I called Geoff at lunchtime on a Saturday. He gave me an ETA for the afternoon and was bang on time. He had all the necessary parts with him and replaced the faulty parts very quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.

    Crisis What - Crisis

    Locked out of a bedroom containing vital medical equipment - we rang Owen the Locksmith who had a full workload for the day but recommended Geoff - and what a recommendation it turned out to be - he was round in 30 minutes - was polite and friendly and resolved our issue within 30 minutes - Crisis Resolved - well done Geoff!

    Broken window lock fixed.

    Geoff did a great job! Came out very promptly (right before Christmas!) to fix a broken window lock. Unfortunately the repair turned out to be more complicated than we initially thought, so he really had his work cut out. But he kept us fully informed & only charged us what was agreed. He also left everything clean & tidy when he left. Would definitely recommend this company!

    3 new locks, new handle, door alterations and window lock

    Excellent Service

    A quick response and assessment of the work that was required to rectify the locking mechanism for my back door, and a reasonable cost estimate provided. Arranged further appointment to call and do the work once parts obtained, and confirmed this by text message. Job done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use their services again and recommend GRN Locksmith to friends.
