    Unlocking my patio door

    Geoff had met my door before. It's wood and is temperamental to changes of weather. He made the appropriate adjustments at that time But a year on, the lock has broken and Geoff came very promptly and fitted a much more robust lock and I have regained access to my back garden. Many thanks, Geoff. Roll on Spring.

    Kept going until it worked.

    Quick response, same day visit, persevered until It worked, took longer than anticipated but reasonable pricing. Would certainly recommend.

    Front door lock

    Front door lock snapped a few days before Christmas, big panic as I live alone. GRN were quick to make contact, gave a fair price, made even better with a discount as I'm a Blue Light card holder/front line worker, and the job was completed the same day. Professional and friendly, explained the cause of the problem and would definitely use again.

    I'm a very happy customer of GRN Locksmith Services. I called Geoff at lunchtime on a Saturday. He gave me an ETA for the afternoon and was bang on time. He had all the necessary parts with him and replaced the faulty parts very quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.
