George responded very quickly to my message, was very communicative and super helpful with the what I needed. I required a new lock and to replace the door handle and he was willing to come same day to help me and showed me a range of products and their prices, detailing the benefits of each lock and handle. Would 100% recommend to anyone, 5/5 service
