  Garden room extension

  Throughout the build, the tradesmen were hard working, reliable, courteous, very tidy and the attention to detail was of the highest standard. I am extremely glad I chose GRL builders to do the work, and would highly recommend Guy and his very experienced team of work people. I also liked the communication between Guy, his team and myself, I was kept informed at every stage, the end result is a high quality build at a reasonable cost.

  Fill a car inspection pit in the garage and removal of non essential fittings

  Guy provided a competitive quote, and He (a cheerful and Helpful person) began the work on or thereabouts the date that Guy said they would be able to get to it. The pit was filled with two loads of builders wasted followed a load of foundation which was then topped off with a substantial layer of concrete. He filled in the pit and then happily dismantled and removed a large engineers workbench and a set of old metal shelves for us. All the work was done in a most helpful and cheery manner We are very happy with what was done and happily recommend this company

  Extensive G/Floor extension and Gable build up

  Guy is a professional builder with considerable experience in the trade. The building project involved a g/floor extension and gable build up to provide a generous loft bedroom, a further 2 ensuite bathrooms. Guys quote was realistic, given the size of the project, but reasonable. Foundations, bricklaying, Carpentry, plumbing, tiling and bathroom fitting were all part of the job. Guy's team were courteous and professional throughout, with Rich, his right hand man always on hand to keep us updated with progress. Timescales were met, and the job was completed without delays or complications

  Single story wraparound extension

  Guy and his team recently completed a single story wraparound extension at our property. We are delighted with the quality of end-product and the overall experience. We found all members of his team to be reliable, trustworthy, punctual, flexible and friendly. I would certainly recommend this company and will use them again in future.

  Loft conversion & new bathroom

  Had Guy and his team in to do a loft conversion 2 beds en-suite and renew the main bathroom.from day 1 we had Lee running the job and he would be onsite everyday without fail organising all the different trades and extra man power when required ,all work that was carried out was to a high standard mess was kept to a minimum.the quote and time scale for completion were spot on I would absolutely recommend 100% GRL Building services

  Shell Extension - Two storey side and single storey rear.

  We recently hired GRL Building Services Ltd to undertake an extension to our home. I wanted a shell extension, two storey side and single storey rear. After speaking with Guy and talking about our needs, he prepared a very competitive quote which was very clear about what was and what wasn't included. When the job started there was constant communication, with progress updates and timescales. Any changes needed were spoken about and agreed. All the workers were friendly and skillful, resulting in a well-built and solid extension. I have no hesitation recommending GRL and will use them again.
