After reading the reviews, I expected a reliable and communicative tradesman. While he did complete the quoted work, he left a clearly damp wall untreated—something that should have been included or flagged. Now we have to find another builder and cover extra transport costs. He may be skilled but needs constant micromanaging. If you’re a professional who can oversee everything, maybe he’s fine.
