1. Treat your home like our own.
WE ALWAYS treat your home like it's ours. We keep it clean and tidy with all floors completely covered with roll n stroll ONLY. This is the best protector and is also non-slip. At the end of every working day we have a good tidy and get organised for the following day. Don’t be surprised if we ask to borrow a hoover! At the end of every job we have a deep clean and leave as we found.
2. Only produce work we would have in our own home.
WE ONLY are happy when we are producing quality work. We (me and my small team) are highly efficient in our work. Not looking for a mass turn out of jobs BUT rather every job controlled, project managed & of course to be of a very high standard. 15 - 20 jobs on the go is carnage, I know even the big companies are subcontracting trades people in who cannot deliver what’s being sold to them to cope with demand. This is where the problems begin.
Grifford interiors does not sub contract various random trades people to carry out your Building Work. This then becomes the start of a very happy customer network and long-lasting working friendship.
Rest Assured
You can rest assured when it comes to the pricing side of things as we have in house Quantity Surveyor. We leave no stone unturned and cover all bases to give you an informed, deep insight into what your project requires and helping the client understand the cost. Although unexpected costs can and do arise we make sure we explain all possible pit falls in advance and assign a sensible contingency, this aids you to make informed decisions before starting and taking all stress out of possible unforeseen extra work. Estimates/quotes are fully itemised showing all aspects of build up.
