    Thermostat receiver broken

    Daryll quickly messaged back from my post on Saturday morning, booked to come Monday morning at 8:30, turned up on the dot, very reliable. Took a look and luckily was a quick fix that morning, job took no longer than half hour with a full fix. Heating is working perfectly with a brand new system. Amazing job and hugely reliable, explained the problem thoroughly, would highly recommend and book myself again in the future for any issues

    Great experience

    Great work. He came over to service the boiler and cap a fireplace. It turned out the fireplace was already capped, but he made sure that everything was done correctly and removed a lot of the old pipes and bits. He also made sure that all the radiators were working correctly, after I mentioned that a couple of them were not heating properly. Really recommended!

    Restoring heat to a cold radiator

    Darryl provided a first-class service from start to finish. Responsive, reliable, efficient and friendly, he identified and resolved a long-standing issue with our living room radiator that was giving no heat (despite previous plumbers’ attempts and advice) and is now working brilliantly. Really impressed and grateful.

    Boiler service and safety test

    Thanks, Darryl. Very professional service! Highly recommend! I needed to service a boiler. One of the gas engineers said that the flue was too close to the window and gave a huge quote for flue extension. I asked Darryl for a quote but he actually climbed on a ladder outside to the flue and measured the distance with the ruler! The distance was within limits approved by regulations. So Darryl saved me a lot of money and headache. Both times appeared on time. Was very helpful answering the questions. Also recommended main gas cutoff tap replacement, and called the authorized service for it.
