The garage door was no longer electrically operational. I was prepared to have to have the motor replaced, and Griffins were ready to do so. But first they undertook a careful and patient review of all the possibilities for the failure. And then reviewed again...and found a small wiring issue. So I now have a fully working electrically operated door - without the very large bill which would come with a new motor.
