Arranged a viewing for 3pm then asked if he could come early, which was fine and said I was on the way too so could meet at 2:30ish, he was in a rush as he said he’s got another appointment after me, he literally came in for 5 seconds, didn’t inspect the boiler at all, took a photo and said it was the sensors and said he will come back Friday and fix it. Didn’t receive any communication after that, called him on Saturday said he’ll can’t fix as he hadn’t checked if he could get the sensors and he was away next week Waste of time

Dean has been fab throughout the entire process of removing and fitting our new boiler. Since making the enquiry the communication has been great and Dean was able to fit the work in really quickly after initial enquiry! We are really happy with the work completed - Would definitely recommend.
