  External render repair and seal.

  Geoff and his team stuck to the agreed timetable and price and did a high quality job. Geoff coordinated several different trades , including scaffolding and painting, and everything happened on time. Everyone was polite and helpful and left no mess. A really first class job!

  Work of high standard

  We have been really very pleased with our experience with GRF Building and Plastering who have carried out work in our basement on the blown out plaster on our bungaroosh hall wall. Geoff being local with knowledge and familiarity of these old houses in Brighton inspired confidence knowing that with his knowledge and expertise he was using the appropriate materials. We appreciated his flexibility when approached to do some further work for us. The experienced team was efficient,professional and hardworking leaving everywhere tidy:to be highly recommended .

  Rendering & external decoraring

  Geoff and the team recently came out to replace the render on the rear of our house and repair the render on the front before painting it all. They were friendly and had great communication at all times, explaining what they were doing and sending updates, as well as doing a really great job quicker than we expected . Would definitely recommend.

  Rendering of large external wall

  This our third time using GRF, and we have full confidence in Geoff and his team. We’re still very satisfied with the work he did a few years ago, and the recently completed repair and rendering of external walls feels solid and properly done. We’ve had problems in the past with other tradesmen, so are very careful about who we choose to work with. Geoff spent plenty of time walking us through the job beforehand, explaining clearly what the issues were and the best way to address them. He and his team are hard working, competent, honest and considerate, and we highly recommend GRF.

  Fireplace Make-over

  Geoff opened out an alcove in a flat chimney breast in my 50's bungalow living room. It has added character to a previously plain room. The work was done promptly with minimal disruption and the room was left clean and tidy. I am really happy with GRF Building and would happily recommend them.
