  Renewed render and roof repairs

  Fixed the crumbling render and organised. roofer to carry out overdue roof repair at same time. Hugely competent, reliable and organised. Geoff is so good at diagnosing the problem then fixing it. I have total confidence in him. We wasted a small fortune on ineffectual repairs to our crumbling Victorian render before we found GRF. He’s the only person we’ve used who does repairs that actually last.

  Chimney repair

  There was a hole in the chimney near the roof ridge that needed repairing. GRF were recommended by neighbours who had also used their services. Great communication throughout. They quickly assessed the job, provided a quote and the work was completed very quickly with good attention to detail. Thanks to the team.

  Removal of internal wall, chimney breasts and fireplace

  I'm delighted with the quality of Geoff's workmanship and professionalism. He and his team are very reliable, punctual and clean and take a real pride in their work. Geoff has a very positive attitude and has impressed me with his problem-solving and communication skills. I'm relieved to have found a builder that I like and trust (particularly as I'm female homeowner living alone) I'll be more than happy to employ him in future.

  Exterior back wall crack filling and plastering

  Geoff and team were great. Turned up on time, completed all work to time, and just were professional and easy to deal with. Work looks great. Would definitely recommend and will get them back to do the front of our house once we've saved to do it.

  Stabilise and seal bungaroosh wall in attic

  We are very pleased with the work undertaken by Geoff and his team. Geoff is very professional, efficient and reliable, and the finished wall feels very solid and durable. There was minimal disruption while the work was undertaken and access areas were well protected and left even cleaner than before. We had some unexpected issues with the roof before Geoff was scheduled to start, and he was flexible and helped us to get in someone in to sort the problem. We’re glad we found GRF, and are booking him in to do more work for us.

  Geoff And the team fixed exterior wall cracks and plastered an internal wall

  We have used this company now 3 Times and on each occasion have found them Reliable, efficient, Excellent clear communication We also trust the quality and the work getting done to an excellent excellence standard What is very reassuring? Is there anything they have done has sorted the problem totally. We highly recommend this company for plastering and repair of Cracks in Victorian render.
