Great experience all round. Clear and accurate advice regarding drainage, permissions etc; always open to suggestions and happy to answer questions. Once work started, we were given clear expectations, kept informed throughout, and everything went wonderfully smoothly. Everyone involved was professional and charming. One minor problem with the delivery of bricks was addressed immediately and without us having to worry at all. The result is beautiful, and clearly of the highest standard - neighbours have been asking for Greystone’s details and I can’t recommend them enough.

Frank and his team carried out a complete renovation of our garden. They were great to deal with from start to finish, could not recommend them highly enough!

Frank & Darren did a brilliant job in removing our old, rotten decking subframe and top decking boards, and re-laying a new very sturdy sub-frame and new decking boards. They also put in concrete spurs to repair our sagging fence. And they even went above and beyond by fixing the bottom rungs of the fence, so that it neatly lined up with the edge of the new decking. They also had brilliant communication, were very punctual & always kept us up to date. Frank even came round to quote for the work on a Sunday to accommodate our diaries, & provided an estimate for the work very quickly.
