10 Exceptional New Build and Outstanding Workmanship

Job location: UB8Greystoke built our dream three storey home from the ground up, starting January 2025 and completing in October 2025, and the result is simply outstanding. Watching it transform from empty land into such a beautiful home has been incredible. The workmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and every finish feels high end and carefully considered. Any small issues after moving in were dealt with immediately by Paul and his team. Their professionalism, care and dedication truly set them apart. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Greystoke to anyone.10 No hesitation in recommending Greystoke Builders

I had been planning to convert my garage to include a toilet, utility room and storage area for years and called Greystoke for a quote. I was impressed with their knowledge and advice on how to proceed. Paul and his team are extremely approachable, professional and tidy in their work and worked through every conceivable design problem with ease. They kept me informed at every stage of the conversion and the whole experience was stress free. Greystoke Builders have been brilliant to deal with. They repaired a burst pipe in my loft and carried out extensive repairs to the property. They are very knowledgeable and their communication has been excellent. For 15 or more years, Paul and his workforce at Greystoke have been maintaining and improving our properties from significant structural changes to minor cosmetic improvements. These have included building a classic wall, constructing a driveway, replacing bathrooms, total replacement of a kitchen with new wiring and plumbing, replacing flooring, painting inside and out and renovating our house's crumbling brick wall. During this time I have had no complaints. Minor snags are dealt with promptly.
