Based in Billingham, we support homeowners, landlords, tenants, and businesses with a practical approach to repairs, compliance work, and general upkeep.
We take on a wide range of jobs — from flat-pack furniture assembly and boxing-in pipework to banister compliance, broken floorboards, internal cladding, patch repairs, sealant work, loft insulation top-ups, and basic property compliance checks.
