  A Highly Recommended Renovation Experience!

  We recently completed a major renovation project with Greve and Son and we could not be happier with the entire experience. As our first time undertaking significant building work, we were naturally a little nervous, but the team at Greve and Son made the process stress free from start to finish. Their professionalism was outstanding. No question was too much or too silly for them, and they patiently walked us through every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. The work itself was of the absolute highest standard, meticulous, precise, and flawlessly executed.

  Elm Court Seaford

  We appointed Greve and Son as our preference was to have the Elm Court development of 9 town houses built by a local contractor. From the get-go Greve and Son were a pleasure to work with, transparent with their pricing and willing to be flexible to adapt specifications to bring the project in on budget. The quality and attention to detail throughout the construction was excellent and all their staff and sub-contractors took pride in their work and often added value in suggesting ways to improve the finishes.

  Outstanding builders!

  Having building work done can be stressful, but working with the right builders eliminates this. We "interviewed" several local building companies ahead of our building project and Greve and Sons impressed us the most. From the start were very professional, organised and it was evident that they know their stuff and are very passionate about what they do. The entire team were professional, conscientious and committed to the job. Their attention to detail was very impressive and we felt fully informed and kept up to date. Any queries we had were picked up straight away. Highly recommend.

  Full refurbishment of 8 flats in a Grade II building

  Greve & Son won these contracts through competitive tendering. The approach created good working relationships with Residents in adjoining flats on a tight site. Throughout the whole period they were completely professional, working well with the supervising consultant, and the client. They always left the site clean and tidy, and adapted working arrangements to suit Residents to minimise the varying disruptive stages of a complete gutting and refurbishment project. Their approach to costing unforeseen work was professional and wholly acceptable. They quickly responded to and defects arising.
