Matt was a very reliable, competent and experienced tradesman. He was great to work with, from the initial visit to assess the problem, through the process of drawing up a schedule of work and detailed estimate, through to the workmanship and communication. He went above and beyond to assist with an extra emergency call out and repair. I would highly recommend Matt and all the employees at Gregory Building and Electrical Services.

Zero hesitation in recommending Matt & Ben, and will use them again for all future work. From the moment they arrived to look at the job, to the day they gave us back the keys after finishing, I felt the job was in the safest hands in the business. The quality of their work was second to none - I never had to ask for anything to be done differently - their choices were all outstanding. They were careful about meeting regulations, handled building regs inspections; whilst also paying attention to visual details to ensure the conversion blended perfectly. Gentlemen, and a pleasure to work with.

A friendly, hard grafting and extremely knowledgeable team with the full range of skills and stamina necessary to transform a damp, cold bathroom built into the side of the hill into something extremely pleasant to use: warm, dry, bright and clean….mind you everything needed to be fully ripped out and excavated down to the soil foundations before reconstruction could take place…but Ben, Matt, Nick & the lads set to it with vigour…. So it's the loft insulation next and then the kitchen….

After struggling to envisage how my garage could be converted into an art studio Ben immediately reassured me that his company could cover the range of skills needed. His friendly and personnable manner, knowledge and enthusiasm made it easy to liase with him and he suggested options that I hadn't thought possible. He's always responded swiftly and listened carefully to my requirements. He has been committed to the project though to its completion. Ben and Matt showed up to give me a quote for the work, they were very professional, friendly, and talked me through the process, making sure I understood exactly what was needed. The communication was excellent throughout and they made it very easy to engage and this helped keep me informed with progress and any issues they came across. Overall the work was carried out to a good standard, they turned up on time, the area was kept tidy, they removed all the rubbish and were fairly priced. I would definitely recommend. (I have had them back to do other work inside the house. 100% satisfied)

After instructing Matt to do a full rewire, I was super relieved to know that Dynamic could also help me complete the key building components of my refurb too. Ben fully replastered the house, built a beautiful fireplace inglenook, laid a very fiddly herringbone floor in the living room, landscaped the garden, and if that wasn't enough, also designed and installed my kitchen! Ben fully understood my vision and executed the plan superbly with a high degree of skill and workmanship. I received constant updates and was consulted at every point, which took away any stress I had. Thank you.
