  Blocked toilet

  Came out on day as arranged Was unsure of the problem said he would come back to try and rectify problem another day When returned was insisting to remove toilet his colleague advised going through some steps first and it was found to be a blocked manhole outside property Plumber could not fix this Arrived at 13.01 and left at 13.20 For 20 minutes work with no real labour other than lifting the top of the manhole and putting a stick down. I was charged 150 pound rather excessive for 20 minutes work In the end called Scottish water and problem rectified free of charge

  Remounted Radiator

  Had to have a radiator reattached to the wall. It had been poorly installed by a different contractor - wrong fitting type for plasterboard used. Radiator was disconnected, part of the plasterboard cut out and wooden batons placed into the cavity in order to attach the radiator in a more secure manner. When the radiator had been re-mounted to the wall, you could not tell that part of the plasterboard had been cut out. This was a stark contrast to a different radiator in the property, where the remounting was obvious. Mr Greer left the place as tidy as it was when he arrived.
