Having previously used Greg to covert 2 bedrooms into 1 we didn't think twice about asking if he would carryout this conversion for us. The work involved building a small extension, taking out the rear wall of the house and internal wall between kitchen and dining room. We did not want any pillars in the new space and so Greg fitted 2 steel beams with one of them over 7 meters long. Greg manged the various trades and went on to fit the kitchen himself. His quality of work is second to none. We would highly recommend Greg.

We’re extremely pleased with the finished project in terms of quality of workmanship, communication, price and timing. The work involved taking a wall down, removing windows/doors, fitting door/window, flooring (including leveling & laying), kitchen fitting, plumbing, new ceiling & old kitchen removal. Greenwood Services are very hard working, tidy up at the end of each day, solve unforeseen problems & communicate very well so we were always kept up to date with progress.

We hired Greg to reconfigure the layout of part of the upstairs bedrooms / en suite. We were so glad we came across Greg's profile and decided to hire him for the job. He was super reliable, listened to what we wanted and also provided ideas and options and made sure we were happy before he carried out any work. Greg worked long days and even the occasional Saturday to make sure he got the job done in good time. He made a bespoke bath panel as ours was unusable, which we love. He cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. We wouldn't hesitate to use Greg again for future work.

I had about a 12month wait for the work to start but I knew this at time of initial quote. The work also changed due to structural engineer requiring very specific steel frames to be installed. Greg was really good at letting me know when the start date was becoming close. I sourced my own doors. Greg and Josh were amazing. They did exactly what they said they would, reliable and did some long hours to get the job finished. Each day they left the space as clean as they could, so to allow normal living to take place. Greg coordinated other trades. Massive thumbs up from me, highly recommend

Excellent job from Gregg and his colleague. Very efficiently transformed the look of our home whilst insulating and waterproofing at the same time. We are delighted with the finished result.

We were very pleased with the work done by this company. Honest, reliable and careful when in the house they worked together very well to get the work done. There was a hold up but that was due to related other trades involved and work was recommenced as soon as feasible. During this time the communication was good which is so important so that all parties know where they stand. We felt the cost was very fair too. We thoroughly recommend them.
