1.33 Don't use them!

Job location: SW4Don't use them! GJ installed a new glass panelled roof on my conservatory 7 years ago. They removed the existing stepped lead on the sides and replaced it with too long strips of straight lead. This, and the seals between the panels, covered with aluminium strips, let in water everywhere, right from the start. The sides also let in dust and grit. The strips made loud explosive noises when the sun heated them up. Sometimes they came partly off. Because of the 5 year guarantee GJ came back time and again, doing no more than using a sealant gun. I've now had it sorted by a proper roofer.9.67 Great work at a competative price.

Overall a good experience with Greenwood, from start to finish. They were able to provide a competative and comprehensive quote and to talk through all of the options - I was also able to visit their workship which was fun! They installed a ground-floor bay window (three panes) and first floor single-pane bedroom window, then rennovated two other windows. At all times they were polite an courtious, and performed their work to a high quality as well as cleaning up after the work. had a great experience with Greenwood Joinery. They did a fantastic job installing the doors and windows at my house in Ilford . The team was very professional, careful, and tidy.
