  Job done, no drama!

  Alex was really helpful at working around my schedule (I had some particular days when I was able to stay home and he managed to fit this in around another job he was working on). He got the work done very quickly and has solved the problem I had (minor toilet repair). Price was very reasonable compared to what some London plumbers try to charge! He also identified some other issues that would need fixing at some point, but did not pressure me to tackle it immediately. I'll definitely come back to Greenwich Plumbing Company for any future jobs.

  Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had an ongoing sink blockage which needed some waste pipes rerouted in order to solve the problem. He arrived when expected, sorted everything out , did the work and completed it for the estimated cost. Would give 6 stars if I could!

  Great company, strongly recommend

  Alex was brilliant! He fixed my shower temperature issue which was running too hot by default and explained everything clearly to me. He also installed a new kitchen tap and an internal water stopcock, which will be useful in emergencies. He arrived on time, treated my home with respect and even gave me care instructions for the shower valve. Communication was easy throughout, and he came across as a genuinely trustworthy person which is hard to find these days. I’d highly recommend Alex for any plumbing work and would come back to him if I had any other issues.

  Unvented cylinder service

  I asked Alex to service my unvented cylinder. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and identified that a replacement part was needed. He kept me updated while waiting for the part to arrive and returned just two days later to complete the repair. Alex took the time to explain how the system works including his rationale for his recommendations. He was professional and helpful throughout. I’d recommend him to anyone needing this service.
