The trades person did not turn up do do the job on the agreed day and there was no communication whatsoever. When I contacted the person, I was told they had forgotten about the job. The trades person then told me that they would send some one to do the job. I waited for the person to come but no one came to the site. I reached out to find out when the person would be arriving and I never got a response up to today. My time was wasted after taking a day off to be available for the job to be done. The lack of professionalism was so shocking. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I'M GENUINELY IMPRESSED! 1st time posting a review - and I've got to say I'm doing so simply because every aspect of this service was outstanding. I needed the job done urgently and I needed it done well, and they delivered just that - exceptional personalised service. Rav really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done in the critical time needed and to a high standard. My take away: Courteous, honest, professional and dependable; would recommend very very highly.

The guys were polite and friendly and did a very good job. I will definitely be using them again.

Good Knowledge of HMO and fire regulations. Excellent communication and most important top quality work. Highly recommend!

The biggest improvement that could be made would be comms. If the comms were better, both agreeing what was requested Vs what would be done this would have helped. We are grateful to Rav & the team for fitting us in on a tight schedule & at last minute, however arriving 4 hours late caused us to scrap our plans for the rest of the day. There was also the old wood & nails left in a pile on the drive which we weren't told about nor did we notice for a couple of days, risk to pets. Overall, workmanship is good, comms could be better.

They did a excellent job on fitting my new doors I couldn't complain about the work they did and I will definitely be in contact soon to sort out my other doors.
