Rav responded quickly and did a good job

Even though it was a relatively small job (repairing the bottom step) Rav was great at responding to my messages, booking in the job promptly and was always professional and polite. He turned up on time and did a good job at repairing the step properly. Rav's approach was great and he was easy to deal with, so when I do get bigger jobs needing done, he'll be on speedial.

Communication was clear and smooth from the beginning. Andy, who carried out the work, was extremely polite and clearly very experienced. When the cabinet above the fridge turned out to be larger than expected, Andy patiently considered the best solution and managed to complete the job beautifully.

Rav did a fantastic job and provided a really quick, quality and professional job. He's a really nice guy too, and provided some really valuable guidance in other areas that I'm looking to have future work done, so I will definitely use his services again. Would highly recommend!
