  One of the worst companies I’ve worked with

  I’m extremely surprised by some of the reviews here. We have had nothing but trouble with Greenwave. Missed deadlines, lack of communication, disorganisation, staffing issues, poor customer service and the heat pump system still doesn’t work properly after ~4 months, so the house is cold, the water is periodically cold and the cost is extortionate. They’ve been blaming set up, then configuration and now apparently it’s a manufacturer issue. We are on the verge of taking legal action - I now understand why heat pumps have such a poor reputation - it’s not the technology, it’s the installers.

  Air-source heat pump installation replacing gas boiler

  Greenwave Renewables delivered an excellent experience for us when we were in a crisis following breakdown of our gas-fired boiler. Brandon delivered an excellent description and appraisal of Greenwave's approach to their MO for heat pump source for domestic hot water and central heating solutions - which is different to conventional heating company's approach. His description and attention to detail in planning and delivery of his quotation was faultless, and offered a competitive price for the job, which was delivered as quoted and on-time. His firm dealt with all paperwork for Grant app.

  service air source heater

  Company contacted me and explained all options and i booked them. they turned up and did required work and sent invoice and pdf copy of manual as I wasn't sure what model i had. This was all done by email and call as I am the landlord.

  Heat pump install

  I had an old electric boiler which wasted a lot of energy, the team at greenwave renewables talked me through their products and advised me which product would suit me best leading me to have a heat pump installation. I couldn’t recommend greenwave enough, they were always on time, polite and left my house cleaner than it was before they started. All round professional job.
