10 Replace pendant light fitment in bedroom. Wires exposed

I rang Mr Bank this afternoon. He confirmed he could help me with this small job. He came later this afternoon. He knew exactly what was wrong and quickly replaced the appropriate part. Called mark to check my electrics over since we experienced minor issues , as always he was brilliant . Arranged appointment which was easy and quick luckily nothing serious was found .
