Very disappointed with Green’s Carpet Cleaning. After their first visit, my carpet was left soaking wet with no instructions on how to dry it properly. An extremely strong mouldy smell developed throughout the lower floor. I contacted them to complain, and while they sent someone back, the carpet was just deodorised, not dried - it was still wet to the touch when they left. Since then, they’ve ignored my follow-up messages. Poor service, no accountability, and no concern for the damage caused. The carpets are ruined and stinking. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

The approach to do a survey of the job and give a quote meant there were no surprises. Other providers were asking me to send some pics, which meant that there could be surprises once they start on a job. The cleaning itself was done to a good standard. The only thing that put me off was that th cleaners didn't move a paper dustbin... They cleaned it around it. I was at home too, they could have asked me to move it. After charging a top price, they could have done a better job
