From start to finish,Rich’s attention to detail was 100%. His knowledge and experience was exceptional and the quality of his work was outstanding. We had thought about having a complete rework of our rear garden for some time but were not confident we could find the right person /company. However, having found and used Richard of Green Retreats previously, to redesign and landscape our front garden, we had no doubts in using him again to do this work. A much bigger project but he did not disappoint and we ended up with a garden that that delivered everything we had asked of him and one that we are looking forward to spending time in.

Did a good job for us. Left the site tidy on completion. Listened to our requirements but offered helpful suggestions. Trustworthy and always polite and friendly. Plan to use again.

We wanted someone to redesign our front garden to make less maintenance while pleasing on the eye. Also to include some rainwater drainage work and a hard-standing for occasional car use. We found Green Retreats and liked their previous work so we contacted Richard who was quick to respond and soon visited to understand our requirements. He produced a 3D plan to help discuss and agree the work. We soon realised our choice of contractor was a good one when Richard started the work. He has a brilliant work ethic and took pride in all his work. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result
