I always rate a good trade provider professional on their level of communication having experienced many times tradesmen who don't ring back when promising they would do so etc.. Green Planet is fantastic with their communication always keeping me informed and ringing when they promised too. On this alone I would highly recommend them but they also do a great job of dealing with the trees as well and leaving a clean site afterwards. We used Green Planet Tree Services to remove two trees from our garden, tidy up a couple of bushes, and prune an apple tree. Rich came around to quote for the work and talked me through the options. On the day, Rich and his colleague arrived promptly, completed the work quickly, and tidied up completely (there was barely a stray leaf)! Green Planet have again provided a superb service. Storm winds took down a tree across our drive, which is used by both residents and our nearby hospice ambulances. They responded within 24 hours, cleared the tree from the drive and removed all wood and foliage. We have used Green Planet on several occasions and they have always been quick to respond, friendly, and very skilled. We have appreciated their sensitivity to the uniqueness of our grounds and what we hope to achieve in both the short and long term. Green Planet Tree Services is a Bristol based tree surgery company.
We use environmentally friendly, bio-degradable chainsaw oils and the most modern and efficient, low-emission chainsaws. Our polite and friendly staff are fully qualified to NPTC standards, and all work is fully insured.
From pruning a small cherry tree to felling a creaky old oak - no job is too big or too small. We cover a large area from Swindon to South Wales and from Gloucester to Taunton. All sites are left clean and tidy, all waste is taken away and recycled. Large logs are split and seasoned for firewood. Smaller branches are chipped then used on allotments around Bristol, nothing is wasted!
Providing excellent service and starting long-term working relationships are our goals.
