Response from Green Mile Lawn Care
This person never made contact through our web contact form/through Checkatrade neither did he make contact using the email address posted on the very top of our web page. So contact was not through the proper channels because of this his initial contact may have got overlooked as I cannot find any contact from this person whatsoever. Yet despite this customer knew are members of Checkatrade failed to use Checkatrade to make initial contact but had the knowledge to use Checkatrade to raise a negative review? We have nearly 300 positive reviews so we must be doing something right? If we had indeed managed to carry out work for this potential customer and was displeased I could be more understanding of a negative review being raised if our work was of poor standard and we were unable to solve the customer issues. But for someone to raise a negative review where we haven't even walked down the garden path is ridiculous and beggars belief. If it was me I would have just tried another company. I have more important things to do with my time than to go to great lengths to complain about a company not turning up for a FREE Survey.
