  Ryan was very happy to come out to quote, he was also the only contractor who did, this made the decision to use him very easy. The insurance company were paying the invoice and Ryan was happy to deal with them so no stress to us. Completed the job in good time and to a very high standard.

  Re-pointing an old large garden wall.

  Ryan and his team at Greenland Construction to help with an issue with my garden retaining wall. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. Their timekeeping was spot-on, and communication throughout, especially with the quote, was clear and professional. They arrived promptly and tackled a tricky repointing job with great skill and care. What really stood out was their respectful and considerate attitude, not just toward us, but also toward our neighbours. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Even when unexpected problems occurred. Definitely would recommend.

  My experience of Greenland Construction was one of extreme positivity and satisfaction. He was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we obtained. He was more than accommodating when discussing our expectations and working to our timescales, to ensure other works timed could go ahead successfully but most importantly the work was completed to an exceptional standard.
