  Ibra arrived on time and completed the job quickly (removing and plinth and draining the washing machine). He tested this twice before he left to make sure the problem was resolved.

  The work good for the price charged. The repair was simply removing some boards in the kitchen and installing the washing machine. He didn’t even adjust the washing machine legs; simply connected the wire. So washing machine shaking violently. Then he did some extra repair work such as adding sealants in kitch. The main let down was the hand shower in bathroom. He convinced my elderly dad that we needed a new pipe. He went and replaced it with a cheaper one, charging £120! The pipe burst the day after causing flooding. When I asked him to come repair, he said ‘okay’. And no sign of him since.
