HUGE thanks to Rus for coming to the rescue after another company let us down last minute. He was friendly, professional, responsive, tidy, and sensitive to my tricky situation at all times - I'd gotten in a risky pickle trying to DIY a light fitting and he helped make things safe and finished the job urgently. Went out of his way for same day service despite living a fair ways away. Everything now works beautifully in the bump's nursery and I can stop having nightmares about the house burning down. Can't recommend enough, will be coming back next time we need something!

The electrician was able to come within an hour, and within another couple of hours had found and repaired the fault causing the fuse on one of the lighting circuits to trip. Pleasant young fellow who explained what he was doing and what the problem was.
