Very poor overall experience. Overpriced in comparison to competitors (later found out when moving), lack of results, very poor accounting process (withdraw card payment option halfway through and after treatment), ignored emails.

Greengrass have been brilliant. Very responsive to my enquiry, followed up by great professional service, doing an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

We have just had a makeover of our garden and what had become an unkempt area is now looking superb! In one day the team (Ollie and Jordan) completed all the required work to a very high standard. They were helpful, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have at our home. They worked incredibly hard in heatwave conditions and we can't praise them highly enough. We will be booking regular maintenance visits in the future in order to keep the garden as good as it looks today Many Thanks

Back in May, my lawn was an absolute mess with big, muddy bare patches where I'd suffered some kind of infection, insect attack, blight etc Greengrass came and made a quick plan of action of how to treat, restore and care for my lawn. Well, what can I say, their work has fully resolved everything, and in fact the lawn is better than when it was first laid 3 years ago. Very tidy workers, extremely helpful and good vfm. I had been told about this compony so i gave them a call, Nick called be back and we discused what I required, nick asked for a few photos and we dicided the best plan 2 days work was needed and 4 lads arrived and those guy worked their socks off in very hot & humid weather, these lads worked so well I had to stop them from time to time to ply them with plenty of fluids These lads are very polite, they clean up after and they are true ambasadors to the compony

We wanted our garden brought up to scratch so that regular maintenance would be easier now that we are getting older. We found this firm friendly and helpful , fitting us in to their busy schedule. Communication is very good. The work was done by two excellent workers over a whole day ( Bank Holiday!) They were very hard/working, pleasant and knowledgeable. The end result is amazing. I can’t say it is cheap but it’s worth every penny . We will now use this firm on a regular contract. I totally recommend them,
