From start to finish, an excellent service. Professional, responsive, efficient and informative - the office staff (Gemma and Phil), the scaffolders (lads from Tredegar) and the electricians (Jon and Steve) worked to make pre and aftercare and the installation as easy as possible for me. GES was flexible in working around my building works to ensure that my Solar Panels and Battery installations were done effectively and efficiently. A special shout out to Jordan and Dave, the GES electricians who managed to cable up the battery despite the difficult layout of a 1930s terrace house. They carried out the work with good humour, inventiveness, an attention to detail & a welcome clean-up after. They went above and beyond and anyone should be happy to have them working in their home. Green Energy Solar deserve a huge vote of thanks for the solar panel installation work done at my home recently. The initial process was completed very smoothly and the work on the day was exemplary. The three men arrived promptly and got on with the job without any delay. I was very impressed with the workmanship, skill and friendliness of all three and was astonished that all ten solar panels and accompanying electrical installation could be completed in six hours. Everything was left tidy and the download to my P.C. to monitor the output was most helpful.

We were a little skeptical about all things solar systems related to begin with & while the initial survey with Andy was a lot of information to take in and digest it was something that we were interested in. From the initial survey with Andy through to the installation carried out by Jack, Rhys & Billy we were pleased with the level of service Green Energy Solar provided. We had a few questions such as placement of the battery etc during the installation phase but the guys went through everything with me & completed the job to a high standard. From start to finish of the process, they have been excellent. Great communication, everything done as promised, on time and project managed efficiently. They followed up on installation with trouble shooting discussions and rectified a minor glitch within 24 hours. I would recommend them!

Delighted with our installation, completed in a day it was done professionally and very neatly! Jack, Rhys and Billy were great and a pleasure to have round the house and worked really hard to get a good job done. Harriet, Gemma and Fente were super helpful with any questions in the office as well and support. We had solar and batteries installed and would fully recommend, now enjoying using our app to see the solar generation!
