I have had a lot of work done to my property over the last year (kitchen, floors, redecorating, windows etc…) but this recent job with Bessie has been easily the best tradesperson experience I’ve had. He is a great communicator - both on-site and when away from site - so you’re always in the loop but also very courteous and conscious to minimise disruption (e.G. Limiting mess, avoiding disrupting work calls etc). Also he was fully accountable for the whole process, even when 3rd party tilers and decorators were brought in. Also v happy with quality of work itself of course!

Bassard and his team are the consummate professionals. Polite, honest, friendly and have the customers best interest at heart. They removed damaged underlay and old flooring and did an excellent job fitting the new flooring. They cleared up behind them too. We are extremely pleased with the job and overall service. Would highly recommend. Have already discussed other jobs. Thank you.
