Ben has been our (and my parent's) gardener for nearly 2 years. He is always hardworking, knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. He is always on hand to give advice (giving logical ideas and plans but never upsells) and is fairly priced. He also rewards loyalty by giving priority to his regular customers, showing he genuinely cares for his customers. We would not hesitate to recommend him and have regularly recommended him to anyone who's asks.

Really excellent. Friendly, professional service - everything was done efficiently and to a high standard.

Ben works in my garden twice a month during the spring and summer months. It takes a little while for him to get to know your garden and how you like things done. He is very helpful, enthusiastic and listens. He's good at hedges, lawns and cutting back and general tidying and is a very willing and pleasant guy.

Ben has been very professional with his work and fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend him !

Things started well with Ben scarifying and reseeding our back lawn in late March, although he seems to have less gardening knowledge than we expected. He failed to turn up 2 days ago having confirmed his arrival time that morning. Later that day he sent a WhatsApp saying he had decided to move his work closer to home and would not be working in our area any more - ie he dumped us with no notice. A meeting or even a phone call in advance to explain would have been appropriate. His lack of courtesy and professionalism is totally unacceptable. We would definitely NOT recommend Green Acres.
