We needed a media wall and more storage for our house and were let down by our established contractors, so spoke with John at Greatwood Carpentry who made himself available at short notice to discuss our needs and offer a competitive quote. John completed the work in two stages and was highly professional, respectful of our space and ultimately worked to a very high standard leaving us with exactly what we wanted with no hidden surprises. He is an excellent carpenter and very creative. And he always had a smile on his face - nothing was too much. He will be our go to person in the future.

John did a wonderful job at designing and constructing a false chimney breast, fire surround and hearth. From start to finish, John was brilliant. He helped us to brainstorm ideas during the design phase, was really receptive to our suggestions and worked hard to realise our vision. During construction, John worked tirelessly to get the job done to a really high standard and we could have been more chuffed with the outcome. To top it off, John was really friendly, easy to talk to and a very considerate tradesman. Would absolutely be using him again for a future project.

Absolutely perfect service! Great communication and everything done to a good standard. There was a slight delay with the doors ordered but that was sorted out really and we were told about all the updates. Couldn’t be happier!

John demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, reliability, communication, and professionalism. The expected timescale was met and the project stayed within budget. He was friendly approachable and left the work area clean and tidy. We will use again for future carpentry projects , highly recommend!

John did a fantastic Job creating our bespoke shaker style storage cupboards under our stairs. John is super friendly, great at communicating, very clean and was a pleasure to deal with from the very start. His craftsmanship is top notch and we are over the moon with his work, we would highly recommend him!!
