I can highly recommend this company. They very quickly identified the problem with my drains, plus a leak on a rain water soil pipe. Quote was very reasonable for all the work required. The team were excellent and did a fantastic job. All communication with the company speedily dealt with. We hired this company for a standard CCTV drainage survey, something we’ve arranged many times before without any issues. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we've had. From the outset, there was confusion; their team arrived unsure of what to do and had to call their colleague Patryk for instructions. This was extremely unprofessional for what should be a routine job. The report we received was incomplete and inaccurate. It lacked critical details.
