I had a disappointing experience with this company. After a video call with another electrician who identified a faulty circuit breaker and recommended a replacement, I sent a picture to this company. They responded quickly but only spent 15 minutes on site confirming what I already knew. They later informed me the part was discontinued, suggesting a panel replacement for over £1,000 or sourcing the part for over £300 with no guarantee. Despite no temporary fix, I was charged £120. Their focus seemed more on profit than customer satisfaction. The service felt costly and lacked transparency.

I dealt with Rheji, a clearly very experienced electrician, supported by his friendly and helpful administrative team. The works required removal of various downlighters, replacement with dimmable recessed strip lights (incorporating diffuser panels to match other lights in the kitchen); a pendant light, and the reconfiguration of all associated wiring. This entailed a design element as well as the installation works themselves. The works were carried out in conjunction with a decorator/plasterer and resulted in a beautiful looking room.

They were polite and useful, explaining everything in easy to understand terms and getting on with the work efficiently
